Free shipping glitch.

Any clue when eBay is going to fix this?  It's frustrating to both myself and my customers, and the help line appears to have no clue that there's even a problem!

I do not offer free shipping, but when the auction ends some of my auctions are coming up as free shipping. 

I phoned the eBay help line, and was told it must be my settings.  However I checked my settings previously so I know that is not the case. 

I also noticed that some other sellers are apparently having the same issue, but no-one seems to know how to fix it. 

I am unable to determine which auctions are affected by the glitch until after the auction ends.  Any ideas?

Could you describe the glitch? You can't specify that you provide Free Shipping? All your listings are Free Shipping although that is not what you chose? Your invoices are showing Free Shipping to foreign customers even though you actually did specify Calculated Shipping for them?
