Is there a customer service email? I keep getting a NON-customer servlce trails

eg. 1) whats this about,2)since its about that, might it have to do with one of these common (so we think)issues....3)have you tried one of these solutions? 4)since there is likely nothing to be resolved like this....maybe you should just call ....where our call center has a manual a minimum wage (or less if the call center is over seas) person who has no authority,experience or clue on resolving an issue or answering a simple question....they can however walk through the 4 or 5 steps at the beginning, until a person is so frustrated they give up altogether in an effort to stop throwing and smashing their personal property in anger....while Ebay/Paypal continue to use clients funds "held" for who knows what...I mean who does that? How do thy get away with it...no wonder many businesses and financial institutions will not do business with Paypal/Ebay...For sure unethical ,possibly criminal...It would almost seem due to the lack of customer SERVICE, and indifference, (i got an email last week, from another user who couldn't use the shipping label feature, I lost a sale and recieved a negative rating,A YEAR AGO, because advertised and touted  feature did not work....SOOO my thoughts are they (ebay/paypal) could give a rats patootie about us buying and selling...they just want to play with our $$ for a month or so (really... what business does that??) and they don't share with us or charity or... any win falls they garner keeping all that dough....So take a couple of bucks give us an email address to a real person with real answers and problem solving abilities... I probably wouldn't care if they took a week to get back ....I MEAN, expletive deleted, ITS A WEB BASED COMPANY AND I GET LOST OR BLIND WITH FURY BECAUSE I CANT EMAIL A QUESTION OR a PROBLEM  TO SOMEONE...does anyone know of an auction based site that is enjoyable to use? ....  I could care less about making money if I could lengthen life expectancy and immediate health by not having to deal with this pile of....

Ooooh, negative integer feedback, ... that's could make using this site uncomfortable.

Well, you can have up to 8 ebay IDs on a single paypal account, so if you are like most

sellers and have at least several,  you might want to use another ID in future.

I gather that you are miffed about paypal's 21 day hold.  Did you really not send that

300-dollar item?  If you want to sell (or buy) on ebay, you really need to do a bit of reading

first.  I know, that sounds odd, but it's just the way it is.

To begin, have a look at this one about that 21 day hold:

For new sellers the money is held back for 21 days, - but you are still expected to ship the

item after cleared payment.  Paypal will tell you when it is okay to ship.

(e-cheques can take 10 days to clear, payments from a pp balance or credit card are instant).
