No watch list showing BUT eBay sends emails based on a watch list I made but they say doesn't exist

My subject line says it all. I regularly add items to my watch list but when I click on it in My eBay it says I don't have any items there. BUT I'm regularly getting "An item you've been watching has been relisted" notices by email. This has been going on for some time.

Another glitch??
