You can only leave feedback for 60 days after a purchase. Sellers can only leave positive or no feedback. Buyers can also leave negative feedback, but can have that FB removed if they use vulgarity, slander, or mention Disputes or Claims.
Neither buyer nor seller can leave feedback after a dispute is settled.
