I have been using ebay.com since inception....I am now having problems because there is now ebay.ca...and when I submit an item for sale on ebay.com....I run into trouble with TURBOLISTER giving me an ERROR , because of my postal code doesn;t start with a numeric. Also , I have run into problems with PayPal withholding my funds for a certain amount of time. I feel if I change my ebay site to .ca as primary.....all will be taken care of ??? How do I change my PRIMARY SITE TO CANADA ????
