Mmm, are you using the Send a Photo feature in Messages? I've used it countless times in the past (although not within the past week or so) and I don't remember seeing any html warning. Be warned ahead time, the resolution on the pictures is relatively low. If you are sending a photo of damage, for example, use a close-up as part of your collections of photos to be sent.
