How do I contact ebay directly?  can't seem to find a phone number or email anywhere. Please help.

You will have to call them. Here's how:

Go to the bottom of a page and click "Help & Contact." 

On the page that opens, click the "Contact Ebay" tab.

Go through the choose-a-topic process (it doesn't really matter what you choose).

At the end of the process, click "Call Us."

A phone number will appear. It's toll free.

That's a good one, and not an easy one to answer,  I think eBay  makes it difficult for people to contact them, instead they shuffle you through an automated system. eBay's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I found this link on the internet, hope it helps
