How to report seller who cancelled a sale, then sent an email saying "Die Pig"

I don't know if "site issues" is the correct choice.

A seller who cancelled an order I assume because they didn't get enough for the auction I won has just emailed me again telling me to "Die Pig".  I do not have a phone - only internet service and it seems that this is the only way to report this person. Is there another way?

Since sellers are not allowed to leave negative comments with positive feedback, you can report her for those. They will be removed.

BTW, it is not a good idea to buy and sell on the same ID.

You can Block her as a buyer. Go to Site Map-> Manage Bidders-> Block Bidder. This should also Block messages, but you may have to do that separately.

You should also Block her in your personal email.

You might try reporting the email (which is pretty close to being a death threat-- why get so worked up?) to her email provider.

I suspect that you did not realize that US sellers who enroll in the Global Shipping Program cannot combine and discount shipping. I also suspect there was a lot of other messages and emails we can't see.

That is pretty harsh, the seller is obviously a idiot, someone who should not be allowed to sell to anyone.  Copy the email and report it here, hope you can take that loser out!
