I currently have a open case for a refund.The page that is requiring tracking and carrier information is rejecting the info.When I submit it
and try to update it I keep getting a message "Oops there is a technical error. Please Help. Thx
there is no option for email, but you can call costumer service. On the top of home page Help & Contact option.
