I am having the same problem when selecting Canada Only items...I keep getting World Wide.

I contacted ebay today and they told me that it was a problem on my end. They told me it could be the ISP or the local network. Tried resetting everything to no avail...

05/03/2014  having the same problems as you on the 4th of march had no issues, now I get worid wide and usa auctions, only deal with  Canada only auction sites and help out there to solve problem
