Bought an item as a guest then signed up as member. I received an email stating my packaged was shipped but it wont let me sign n as guest to track package which is over due. help
package which is over due.
The tracking is irrelevant.
Tracking is a SELLER protection.
Go to your Paypal account and find the transaction number.
The PP Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page.
Open an Item Not Received dispute.
The first suggestion (not a requirement) is to Contact the Seller.
If you do, and it is polite, just ask "When was this shipped? What service was used? What is the tracking number?"
Now .
What you don't need is a conversation.
The seller should respond either with a full refund OR a useable tracking number.
If the item shows to be in Canada, it is delayed but on its way.
If not, since the eBay deadline for delivery has passed, ask PP to step in and escalate to a Claim.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping , delivery). you will be refunded.
In future, don't worry about tracking. Actually many sellers of low value goods don't use it at all because international tracking is very expensive.
If the eBay estimated last delivery date passes (write those on your calendar). go to the seller out of courtesy but be ready to open that dispute.
It's your money.
