OMG, How to get rid of price peep?!

I have 'opted out' many times, minimized many times, but it will not go away, ever! I won't be on ebay anymore if can't get rid of this. Every time I so much as touch my mouse, here it pops up yet again, requiring having to close it for the kazillionth time. Talk about computer rage! Please help!
