Paid Item shows as unpaid

Bought two items last night that I had in my shopping cart.  One went through fine.  The other shows as "Unpaid" even although I have the receipt and order confirmation showing it has been paid.  My Paypal account also shows it is paid, and not pending.  How can I fix this so it shows up in my orders rather than an unpaid item?  It has been many hours, and I've logged in and out of my account to see if it cleared itself. but it hasn't.  Is this a known glitch with using the shopping cart?

Thank you.  It has just cleared itself up.  I think this happened a year or so back as well, but it cleared within an hour or two.  This time it was over fifteen hours so I was a bit concerned.

Hi @fiona_w1956 - sometimes things get 'stuck' in processing, even when you've already paid. 

I've gotten this to the right folks, let me know if you have any other issues with this one!
