Having issues creating item to sell on ebay

So I create a listing on ebay.ca, halfway through the process it redirects me to ebay.com, obviously I cannot create proper shipping options this way. 

Try to create listing on phone instead, when I go to enter shipping option, it just disappears 2 seconds after being selected.

Is everyone seeing this issue today? or just me?

As an occasional seller, are you still being directed to the Simplified Sell Your Item form?

The Advanced/Business form link can be found at the top left of the overSimplified form.

You don't have to be a 'business'.

It is more detailed and easy to understand what you are getting into.

Perhaps switching forms might help.
