In all items which I sold in November in Order Detail status of shipment - "delivered" on the same day which I sent the packages.
Shipped on November 20 - status - " delivered" on November 20.
What is this - is this Glitch of software?
Probably this is the reason why eBay refunded money to buyer for items that is in transit, with tracking number.
I dont't know what can I do, because ebay closed case in buyer favor and deleted all information about the case.
Buyer opened case on second day after I promptly shipped the item.
I can't call because I am not in Canada or USA now.
Is the information still on your Paypal account?
You should see both the transaction and the refund there, including the transaction number.
Yes, there is information about refund in PayPal. But ebay made two opposite decision. On November 29 I received message from eBay:
We reviewed this case and have closed it without any refund to the buyer.
The case will not affect your seller performance. Any feedback left for this transaction will be removed.
And on December 1 eBay sent email:
eBay Customer Support has reviewed the case and made a final decision.
We issued a full refund of US $21.00 on Dec 01, 2017 to the buyer. As described in the eBay Buyer Protection program, the refund includes the purchase price, plus original shipping. This amount will be deducted from your PayPal account or charged to your preferred reimbursement payment method. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed. This case is closed.
Decision:
This case has been decided in the buyer's favour.
