Why is the My Ebay (Canada) watch list shipping price different than the one on the item listing?

I'm watching an item that is currently Buy it now for 14$USD and My Ebay reports the shipping as being 6.00$USD. I use buy it now and then at the bid confirmation page it tells me that the shipping jumped up to 14$USD.

This is quite confusing and it would be great if "My Ebay" shown the right shipping price!

I'm using ebay.ca not .com, and when I browse through the items I see the correct (14$) shipping price

I've also noticed this too. My watchlist will say 6 dollars and the listing says 16. What gives?
