Sending emails to someone I have bought from.

I am trying to send an email to a seller I bought from. Every time I click SEND MESSAGE, I get an "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later." I have been trying for 2 days numerous times & get the same response.  I've sent emails before with no problem so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. Can someone please help me.  Thanks,  joanne

Hi @kat_o_17 - it looks like this is an intermittent issue impacting several members. There's not a current workaround, but I've added your info to the open ticket!

I find it odd I had no problem emailing another seller. Now I'm wondering..can a seller block a byer from sending an email.

If he is still a Registered User (not NARU) go to your Paypal payment.

The seller's email is easily spotted there, and the buyer's is found by clicking on the Refund link.

(You don't have to refund,you just want the addy.)

Then use your usual email that is attached to your eBay account to contact him.

The usual so he can recognize you.
