Sold items remain active listings

For about 2 months, a sold item continues to be shown in my active files, not automatically deleting itself as before.

When I search out my shop as seen by my customers, the sold item is not there.

But it remains in the Active columns in myhome shop view.

It appears in Sold, but also in Active.

This I do not prefer, automatic deletion of sold from active; I do.

Can this be accomplished  ?

It does sound as if the out of stock option is checked.  To uncheck it, go to accounts -site preferences - selling preferences

Have you checked your preferences? It sounds like you’ve checked ‘keep active to restock’.
