Two steps of contacting seller are giving "Page not responding" right now

Hello,

 

I clicked Contact Seller on the item page, then clicked Other, then clicked Contact Seller on that proceeding page. I got the message repeatedly, but after multiple F5s or Shift-F5s, it finally loaded.

I should have saved the text I typed, because when I tried to submit THAT page, same message, and I have done Shift-F5 over and over and over.

 

I have verified that I was not redirected to a non-eBay site.

 

Site outage?

I had this problem this morning trying to respond to one of my customers messages.  I ended up signing out, clearing cache etc. and then logging back in to my account.  After doing this I was able to respond to messages.  

I’m using the iPad app and I can’t reply to a message either. I’m geting the server not responding. I then tried logging on to the website through safari and get the same message. Anyone have any ideas how I can respond to the selllers message?
