I am having technical difficulties with my eBay cart, and am unable to make payments. At first I just got an error message when I tried to checkout, but now I can't even open my cart.
This has been going on for 4 or 5 days, and I have been unable to reach eBay support to fix the issue. As eBay's phone support is unavailable, perhaps there is a larger system-wide issue.
Anyone else having this problem?
Is there a way to log an issue with eBay other than by phone?
