Unable to access cart or pay for auctions

I am having technical difficulties with my eBay cart, and am unable to make payments. At first I just got an error message when I tried to checkout, but now I can't even open my cart. 

This has been going on for 4 or 5 days, and I have been unable to reach eBay support to fix the issue. As eBay's phone support is unavailable, perhaps there is a larger system-wide issue.

Anyone else having this problem? 

Is there a way to log an issue with eBay other than by phone?

Try using another Internet browser.

I was trying to pay for an eBay item I recently bought using Firefox browser and it would not connect to PayPal when I hit the Pay with PayPal button.

Switched browser to Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 and all worked perfectly.

I read in these forums of payment issues and switching browsers fixed it for some. So I tried it and issue went away.
