Hi Guys,
I am having an issue when listing some of my items (282323836076), being unable to revise them to include a "best offer" to my listing.
When I try to check the box to make this addition, the area where the box is, disappears and takes with it my Electronic Payment Method info. I have to save the remaining info and go back into my listing and reenter the "EPM" info and save it by clicking on the 'continue' button. If I then click on 'Edit listing', and try to do a 'Best Offer' again, I START ALL OVER with the same scenario that I just described. It appears as though system does not allow this, although, I am sure that I have done this in the past.
Is there something that I am doing incorrectly? Other than the obvious --- listing it correctly in the first place. I would rather not have to delete the listing and start over.
Who is the Guru that has the answer for this one???
