When your listings are looked at here on eBayCanada, both the US dollar and Canadian dollar amount will show. In Europe the buyer sees the price in euros. And so on.
This is actually useful to you since you use the GSP. Take time to look at your listings especially for the cost of shipping when the Global Shipping Program charges are included.
Shocked?
This might be the reason for that (probably undeserved) neg. I think it could be removed by the way. Phone customer service and ask.
EBay does not encourage the use of the GSP for item valued under $50USD.
Here in Canada we pay duty and tax on any import valued over $20CDN (about $16USD) but sent by mail, the border people usually just let it go, possibly since it costs more to assess than would be collected.
You can opt Canada out of the GSP, I understand.
Meanwhile, drop in anytime. We have Timbits and Nanaimo Bars!
