I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY USING EBAY PROGRAMS BECAUSE INTERNET EXPLORER KEEPS CUTTING ME OFF. WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN SO OFTEN?

I use Adblock + and never see any of those annoying ads on eBay or anywhere else for that matter.

Definitely switch to Firefox for a less buggy eBay experience. After doing so , check out AdBlock Plus add on.

Have you tried using Firefox, it works better with eBay than most browsers?
