Why can I not contact eBay members or eBay support?

I keep receiving a message that contacts cannot be found when trying to contact eBay members or eBay support through my eBay. This is a new problem, first time encountered. Won't let me check on site issues either. I receive the same message. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

hmmm...I spoke too soon...I just checked again and I'm having the same problem.

If you go to the discussion board there is a thread on this as other people are having the same problem. Messages are working fine for me so it may just be affecting people on specific servers.
