Why do I keep getting "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Try again later."?

I keep getting the message in the subject line almost every time I select my Watched List or some other list. It will eventually work after seeing the 'Sorry' message one or more time. This has been happening for a few weeks now.

I don't know, I have been getting it too periodically. 

 

ebay is probably tinkering with things behind the scenes and it's affecting other things like this.
