Why does my ebay show english and canadian prices it always displayed english before...

You have landed in ebay Canada somehow, -- see that little ".ca" in the top left corner?  Simply log out, go back to www.ebay.com and log back in, where once again the site will appear to you in American, rather than our seemingly indecipherable Canadian English. 🙂

The OP is registered in the United States and probably meant US pricing when English pricing was mentioned.
