That method won't get you phone number of the ebay people who answer questions.

You can also ask in the recently revived Weekly Chat.

Questions can be posted on Tuesdays and staff respond with a live chat from noon to 1pm on Wednesdays.

Eastern time by the way. I keep missing it for that reason.

Just to clarify, the live portion of the weekly chat sessions are Wednesdays from 1 PM EST to 2 PM EST.

What if you work during those hours?I tried calling ebay and I am told they are closed yet the messages written state's open 24/7?
