how can you upload pictures when there is no 'browse" button

Hi, foxconn, yes, this topic comes up daily on the US answer center as well, it's a pretty widespread problem.

At times, all it takes is to switch from one uploader to the other.

Have you other web browsers loaded on your computer that you can try?

One of these may work better for you, and present the Browse button:

Hi foxconn100, 

The Browse button should appear after you click on Add Photos in the interstitial. The Standard & Basic tabs should have these for you - mind giving these a try? Please contact Customer Support if you're still having issues.
