Hello 'dcpwr',
Click the My eBay at the top of the page. Then find and click the Account tab.
On the left column, choose Communication Preferences.
At the right of the Comminication Preferences bar, if you click Show All you will be able
to see everything available for ammendments.
Scroll waaaay down to the bottom where they hide the junk mail section (heh) and uncheck
all those pesky unwanted items from Promotions and Surveys.
Be sure to Save any changes.
