Do you mean the seller is in your area and can you pick the item up
instead of it being shipped.
If that is what you mean then it is up to the seller whether he/she will allow
you to do this.
Does it say anything in the listing about pickup.
Some sellers will allow it with no charge but some sellers charge a fee for it.
unless they specify local pick up they are not obligated to do it.
