I have been trying to get through to Customer Support for the past week or so and cannot do so. Is it down? Am I the only one? Is it just me? Did I do something wrong? I don't even get a reply when promised (MC008 automated response) and its now heading into 140 some hours since receiving that message. What can I do? Don't tell to phone. Tell me who I can contact by email who "might" care enough to answer. Thanks
