need help and cant get it from you guys, will never use ebay again
The eBay Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.
It is fully automated and fairly swift.
The first suggestion is to contact the seller. If you have already done that, escalate immediately to a Claim.
If you haven't, don't get hung up with the seller.
Ask him for date of shipping, service used and tracking number.
Unless you get either that information (and the tracking number is working) or an immediate refund, go to the Claim.
The Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your account page under Tools.
The system is the same.
If you used your credit card directly, phone the 1-800 number on the back of the card and ask about a Chargeback.

eBay buyer support does NOT read these buyer and seller forums.
You have 30 days after last estimated delivery date to file an Item-Not-Received (INR) claim on eBay.
You have 180 days after date of sale if the payment was made via PayPal.
