I want to ask a question to a seller, but whenever I type in the question and am ready to send it off, then, the verification code NEVER WORKS.
I am sure that I type in the correct numbers, but, the computer prevents the question to be send off, and keeps asking me to CORRECT the verification code.
I have tried already more than 8 different verification codes but I just cannot send off my question to the seller, because the verification code does NOT LET ME GET THROUGH.
Does anybody have a similar experience, or what can I do?
