why can't I contact ebay? Your contact on the website is not working??

When I click on the "call us" icon, nothing happens...same with the "call me" icon.  How do I contact Ebay?

EBay during the pandemic has moved mostly to FaceBook and Twitter.

But most problems come down to:

I'm a seller and my customer has not paid.

or

I'm a buyer and my item has not arrived.

or

I'm a buyer and my purchase is not as described.

The last covers a lot of problems from damage in transit to outright fraud.

E-mail ebay and let them know you can not find a direct phone line number to call them,
