why do some ebayers not allow you to see "view items" in their feedback forum?

what is the purpose on preventing ebayers from seeing what you buy and sell  in the "view items" section of the feedback forum?

However.

You won two items. Because you were not paying attention, you did not pay for them. The sellers opened and won Unpaid Item Disputes. They got their fees back. Did you know that sellers have to pay eBay when someone bids on their items?

You got Strikes against your account for not paying.

Most sellers have automatic Blocks against bidders who do not pay for items they won.

Hi,

 I am an E-bay client and I forgot to check for a few days and missed 2 items I bid for. This happen in November 2013 and since than have not been able to make 1 transaction because it says: You can not buy or bid at this time. I don't know what I did so wrong that I got a life sentence. Can you help me please? Thank You
