why is there a Canadian flag at the top of my page?

Why is there a Canadian flag and the word English at the top of my page? I noticed it when my first bidder placed his bid and it says ship to Canada?

Hi Nella, That is at the top of almost every eBay.ca page.  If you click it, it will give you the option to switch to Francais.
