Anyone have a mega long wait for a package - USA to Canada, stuck in Glendale Heights Hub?

My package stuck at Glendale Heights sent from USA to Canada. Now tracking says delivered, picked up by Individual at Postal Station.  Never received order. Is this a vague way of saying a mail person or carrier picked up package and its on its way still?

Yes.

The "delivered, picked up by Individual at Postal Station." is bureaucratese meaning, the package was received by a human being at Glendale Heights.

An employee, not some random person.

What date was it sent?

What date was that message sent?

What is the last estimated date for delivery? Mark that on your calendar.

If the last estimated date for delivery has passed, you have 30 days to open an Item Not Received claim with eBay.

If the eIS system cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded.

The refund comes from eBay not your seller, but it might be polite to let them know, via Message not Feedback, of your experience.

In my own experience of some 40 years in mail order, it can easily take 21 days for a US shipment to be delivered to Canada.

It can really depend on the type of item ordered. Some items get stopped in their tracks if they are on eBay's restricted list. (example: anything with a lithium battery, packages that tick...and many others.) The most likely cause for delays, at the moment would be customs inspections. There would be a major backlog of items NOW requiring those inspections because of the start and stop of tariffs. For now all you can do is monitor and try to remain patient.
