I bought an item on eBay, but it was rejected by the third-party forwarder 
after the seller sent it to me. The seller said that he couldn’t help me,
so I wanted to seek help from eBay officials, and then from online agents.

But I really don’t understand how to contact the so-called professional customer service after
reading it.
eBay’s operation is too complicated.
