I bought an item and the seller was removed. Now it has been almost 1 month and it is still not here. What do i do?
File the dispute through Paypal's resolution centre as I'm sure the item has been removed as well as the seller. With paypal, you do not need the ebay item number. You can file with the paypal transaction ID of your payment.
Go to the Resolution Centre and file an Item Not Received claim. Escalate it as soon as possible.
Paypal will refund you and go after the seller.
If that does not work, you can go to the credit card you used for the Guest Account, and file a chargeback, but do the PP claim first.
Mention in any claim that the seller is Not A Registered User (NARU). This will move things along faster.
