Seller is fraud! I purchased a camera with $407 after couple of days of purchasing the seller took off the listing and deleted the account. I’m not longer able to contact the seller. I requested cancellation there’s no reply from seller. I tried to contact the seller but no luck! Before purchasing I read eBay money back guarantee so I trusted. The user is [removed by moderator]. Every time this fraud user creating a new account and scamming people. I want my money return!
You paid for the item.
You changed your mind and asked the Seller to cancel.
The seller did not respond.
Has the item been shipped?
What is the last estimated shipping date?
If, when that date passes, the shipment has not arrived, you can open an Item Not Received claim.
If the seller cannot prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
If the item has not been shipped, you can immediately open a Claim , noting that the seller is Not a Registered User. (NARU)
Sellers cannot delete their own accounts, because eBay wants to be sure that any outstanding financial questions are cleared up.
The NARU seller has probably been thrown off the site. This is a Good Thing.
EBay puts a Hold on payments to new sellers for up to 30 days.
So the seller likely has not received your payment.
Open the INR.
