I ordered a CD and the wrong cd arrived. The seller and eBay refuse to help with a refund or delivery of the correct cd. What do I do now?

You have to open your Claim (for Not As Described) within 30 days of receiving the unwanted item.

The seller then either sends you return shipping and refunds on arrival

Abandons the item and refunds immediately.
