Any time you get a puzzling email that seems to be from eBay use that spoof@ebay.com (for Paypal use spoof@paypal.com) to confirm its legitimacy.

 

But if you have an open transaction and have not paid, you may be leaving yourself open to getting a Strike. One is basically a warning. Two will block you from bidding with thousands of sellers, more than two and now your bids may be blocked by eBay across all the sites.

Hi .. Is it in your myebay messages, Do you have an open case in the resolution center of your myebay.

 

If just to your personal email it likely a scam/fake. Do not click on links in the email. Can forward to spoof@ebay.com.
