Is there a way to email Ebay without using the website?

Hi, is there a way to email Ebay without using the website? I have been trying for days to get in touch with Ebay with the website and it says '' sorry our system is temporarily unavailable ''. I have an issue with a seller and I can't solve it because of the website. Thank you.

I'm assuming that you're having trouble sending a message through eBay's message system.  It's not really "emailing" eBay as such, although you can have your messages copied to your email.

If the eBay message system isn't working for you, I'd suggest trying to get in touch with them through the "Stay Connected" links to either their Facebook or Twitter pages.  Those are at the bottom of pretty much every page on the desktop version of eBay; I can't remember where they're located on the mobile version:

This wouldn't have anything to do with the seller you mentioned here, would it?
