Your item was supposed to arrive yesterday but as of noon today it had not arrived.
Did the seller use tracking? You can use that to see that your purchase has shipped and where it is.
If not, I would probably wait until Friday, because: pandemic slowdowns, then open an Item Not Received dispute.
Go to-> My eBay-> Purchase History->More Actions
There is a dropdown menu.
Go to-> I didn't recieve it.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.
