We bought a Dell Optiplex PC from this vendor. A month later when we tried to use this PC, it gave hardware failure on CPU Fan. We reach out to seller and ebay for resolution. Seller simply stated "this product serial number does not exist in their database" . We sent the seller all the details serial number, tracking details for resolution. Thereafter the seller sent another message that we can recall for service but no plan. They were pretty much washing their hands off. Currently we are stuck with a PC with a defective hardware ($849). Customer service was Ignore, deflect and dont address the concern. We added a negative feedback for this seller so the comunity be aware.
The product is still under Dell warranty so we might contact Dell Support.
Do do that, but don't ignore the Paypal Buyer Protection and the chargeback policy of the credit card you paid with.
These are separate from Dell, and have a limited time.
