Fake Dermacol Sold on eBay

I discovered this product, dense tattoo coverage, Dermacol, and ordered it from a Chinese vendor. I later did research, and found out that many fakes were being sold on eBay. The description and pictures of the product I purchased looked exactly like the authentic item: same name, box, tube and numbers for shades( 07, 08 etc.,) But when I scrolled down further, I noticed that the manufacturer and country of manufacture (China) were not authentic. Can I report this seller? It can be very dangerous to apply cheap copycat makeup to your skin. It could contain lead and other nasty ingredients.  eBay should disallow these items to be sold via their platform.

BTW - If the company is American, your safest bet is to buy only from US or Canadian sellers.

A lot of Chinese scammers are now listing on the Australian site. The former Soviet Bloc countries are also favoured.

Note that many Western companies have their products made overseas. Those authentic products are not usually sold by small timers in the country of manufacture.

Anything that purports to be authentic, but seems unlikely did not "fall off a truck". It is much more likely that it is a flat out counterfeit, since that gives the crooks a larger and more reliable supply than the occasional theft from the factory.
