I left negative feedback to a fraud seller. Hi listed a product with misleading info and didn't answer questions. I paid, bud added a message to not ship if the clearly listed WIFI function actually required adapter. He refunded me, stating, that despite the listing, there is no WIFI on the device.
I left him negative feedback.
Now he opened case to cancel transaction.
I think he wants to wave the feedback.
Do I accept, refuse, or ignore?
Thanks
You bid before you asked a question, then paid before you got an answer to that question.
The seller refunded you when he understood what the problem was.
Take some responsibility for your own actions.
Do not bid unless you have a clear picture of what you are buying. And not every seller (or buyer) is a master of grammar and spelling, which can lead to confusion. Ask first, bid later.
While the neg will not be removed, the seller gave the refund without further hassle. Agree to the Mutual Cancellation.
