Seller accept return but selected he can't provide label

I bought a cheap item (trading card) and once again on eBay i received it with hidden defect/damage (severe bent hidden, sold as near mint). I opened an item not as described case describing everything with photos. I personally expected the seller to assume his mistake and refund, it's a under $10 item. He accepted the return. At the cost it's strange but i don't mind about returning it if it's what he want, the problem is that he selected that he can't provide a label

I should not have to work for his mistake/negligence to not properly inspect or dishonesty to sell damaged items as near mint

What i'm supposed to do here? Don't sellers are supposed to provide a label?

I did send pictures of the damage and wrote i could provide more if needed. The seller ignored the message i wrote in the case. He accepted the return, selected as option he cannot provide a label, and did not said a word... I sent him a message that he need to provide a label if he want me to return but at the moment he still again ignore my message

Let eBay know that you have not received the return shipping.

Yes, they should already know but....

You will be refunded by eBay who will then collect their money from the seller.
