I have bought and paid 3 items from a supplier in china.
I have never received the items and made several enquiries.
The supplier admitted that he had sent them to a different address not the same as mine on record.
I confirm that I have never received these three items.
The supplier repeatedly asked me to swear that I have not received them.
For god's sake, how could I receive them if these goods were sent to a place which is hundred miles away from my home.
I said that I confirm again that I have not received them
The supplier insists that I need to swear.
I do not what "swear" means, does it mean to go to a lawyer and make an oath.
The supplier has refused to resend me the goods.
Is it fair ? I am fed up with this kind of trade practice.
What to do if you don't receive an item or it doesn't match the seller's description
