I bought an item on Nov 21/2012 and I received a message asking me what size I wanted on Dec21/2012, I responded and immediately received a message stating the seller would be away until Jan 14/2013 and would not be near a computer. I could not open a case with ebay as Jan 4 2013 was my last day to open a case and Jan 14 was to late. What do I do?

You should have been filing an item not received dispute on December 21st.
